TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Pre-order spree: from 5 - 11 March 2010 (thurs)

MOQ (minimum order quantity): 35 pieces

I reserved the rights to cancel the spree if response is poor or orders fall below MOQ of 35pcs. Full refund will be made if Pre-order spree is unsuccessful or item is Out of Stock (OOS).

2) No payment = no order

Please kindly proceed to make payment once you send me your order as all items indicated here are available stocks from the suppliers. I will proceed to place your order once payment has been received. If the items become OOS after the BP period, I will inform you to buy alternative item or refund on that OSS items.

3) Strictly NO cancellation, exchange or refund of item after payment is made.

Full refund will be made if BP is unsuccessful or item is Out of Stock (OOS). Please leave your bank account, preferably POSB or DBS, in case of refunds.

4) All items are in SGD$.

5) Please give an allowance of 2-3cm for measurements stated due to different production batches or ways of measurement. Items colour may differ due to lighting effect or monitor's resolution. Please understand that I have no control over the quality of the items ordered. I will not be responsible for size fitting issues, color variation, personal dislike or dissatisfaction with the products.

6) Delivery to you is between 7 – 10 working days after Pre-order spree is closed. (if no delay from supplier)

7) Orders are strictly under NO cancellation, refund or exchange policy.
